Gale Miami Hotel & Residences is a new construction building designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Newgard Development Group with interiors by Urban Robot. Rising 51 stories, Gale Miami is part hotel and part home-sharing with 608 condo residences comprised of studio to 3-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 367 to 1,633 interior square feet. Owners of residences are permitted to rent their units short term via Airbnb, other short-term rental portals, or on their own. Gale Miami is comprised of two condominium associations: 159 NE 6th Street Condominium Association, covering floors 24 to 51 with 448 total units, and 159 NE 6th Street Condominium 2 Association, covering floors 16 to 23 with 160 total units. The Gale Miami Hotel encompasses floors 11 to 15 of the building.
