]]> L’Aterlier Miami Beach is a boutique, oceanfront condo development located in Miami Beach at 6901 Collins Avenue. The 18-story tower has just 20 condo residences comprised of half-floor residences with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 2,300 interior square feet; full-floor residences with 4 bedrooms/4.5 baths, and 4,600 interior square feet; and a tri-level penthouse with 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, a 40-foot long rooftop pool, summer kitchen, and 7,942 interior square feet (see L’Atelier floor plans). Developed by SMG Management & W Capital Group, L’Atelier Miami Beach was completed in January 2019. The celebrated design team for L’Atelier Residences was comprised of Luis Revuelta as the architect, Holly Hunt as the interior designer, and Enzo Enea as the landscape architect.
